About Rapid Reforest
A nonprofit restoring Brazil's Atlantic Forest, one native tree at a time.
Why we exist
Rapid Reforest was founded to restore ecosystems and fight climate change by planting native trees. We focus on Brazil's Atlantic Forest, one of the most threatened forests on Earth.
We connect companies that want to act on their carbon footprint with restoration work that is real, local and visible, carried out with the communities who live beside the forest.
How we work
Native species only
We plant trees that belong in the Atlantic Forest, chosen for each site's climate and soil.
With local communities
Indigenous, Quilombola and local residents plant, care for and benefit from the restored forest.
With public partners
Our flagship project is run with the Paraíba State Secretariat for Environment and Sustainability.
Visible results
We document our sites with photos and drone imagery so partners can see the forest grow.
